No. While weight management may be a goal for some participants, the programme focuses on long-term healthy dietary behaviours, overall health, energy levels, and consistency — not quick fixes or crash diets. Many participants join to improve their relationship with food, manage health conditions, or simply feel better.
Focus groups are specialised groups tailored to three key health needs: weight loss management, diabetes management, and cholesterol management. We understand that everyone comes with different health concerns, so we listen to your needs and allow you to choose the group that best suits you. The framework and guidance in each focus group are designed specifically around those needs.
We target 20 participants per focus group in each cohort. Focus groups are divided based on your specific needs — whether it’s weight loss management, diabetes management, or cholesterol management — ensuring you receive targeted support with a close-knit community.
All sessions are conducted online. This allows participants to join from anywhere in Malaysia at their convenience. You’ll need a smartphone or computer with internet access.
This is a group coaching programme. You will receive structured guidance, frameworks, and practical tools rather than a fully customised 1-to-1 meal plan. However, our daily reviews provide personalized feedback on your specific food choices.
